1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items purchased from projobsitetools.com within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number) is required.
Note on Non-Returnable Items: For the safety and integrity of our product line, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. Based on the nature of the tools we sell, this includes:
  • Deburring Tools & Files: Due to their use in altering materials and potential for wear.
  • Current Knockout Sets – Punch & Dies: As these are precision tools that are often custom-fitted or used immediately upon receipt.
  • Any used, damaged, or altered tool.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or clearly damaged due to misuse.

2. The Return/Exchange Process (Step-by-Step)

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email our support team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we get all the necessary information quickly.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved:
