We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Cost: Free
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our tools. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple returns and exchange process within 15 days of receipt.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number).
  • The return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and product integrity, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Deburring Tools & Files: Due to their use in material alteration and potential for wear.
  • Current Knockout Sets – Punch & Dies: As these are precision tools often custom-fitted or used immediately.
  • Any used, damaged, or altered tool.
  • Items marked “Final Sale.”

The Return/Exchange Process (Step-by-Step)

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Use the provided template to speed up the process.

  2. Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our facility.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval.
  • Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: The original standard shipping cost is non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement.
