5. Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind our tools. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple returns and exchange process within 15 days of receipt.

Eligibility

To be eligible for return or exchange:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number)
• The return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and product integrity, the following items are non-returnable:

• Deburring Tools & Files (due to their use in material alteration and potential for wear)
• Current Knockout Sets – Punch & Dies (as these are precision tools often custom-fitted or used immediately)
• Any used, damaged, or altered tool

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for authorization and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation
4. Ship to the address provided using a trackable service

Refunds

If your return is approved:

• The refund will be issued to your original payment method
• The original standard shipping cost is non-refundable
